By accessing or using Knoah ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
Knoah is an AI-powered internal knowledge base that allows teams to upload documents, connect data sources, and query their company knowledge using natural language. The Service includes web access, Slack integration, and embeddable widgets.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You retain all rights to the documents and content you upload to Knoah. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and index your documents solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will never sell your data or use it for purposes outside of operating the Service.
You agree not to: upload content that violates any law or third-party rights; attempt to access other customers' data; reverse-engineer the Service; use the Service to build a competing product; or exceed the usage limits of your plan.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase. Free trials do not require payment information. Upon trial expiration, your account will be limited to read-only access until you subscribe.
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party service providers, internet outages, or force majeure events.
Knoah uses AI to generate answers from your uploaded documents. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may contain errors. Answers are provided as-is and should not be considered professional advice. Always verify critical information from source documents.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knoah's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms with notice. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
